Through my experience in a community-based food delivery business, I have cultivated a strong sense of responsibility to deliver products to customers quickly, reliably, and carefully.
However, recently, I've noticed that my mother's voice is becoming increasingly difficult to hear when we talk on the phone. This led me to consider what I could do to improve the quality of life and provide peace of mind for the elderly and those with hearing impairments. Around that time, I learned about the "Jumbo Plus AP," a volume-amplifying telephone designed for the elderly and those with hearing impairments, and a strong desire to deliver such a product to those who need it led me to decide to import and sell it.
In Japan today, with its aging population, an increasing number of children are struggling with issues such as "difficulty communicating effectively on the phone" and "parents not noticing the ringtone." Therefore, the "Jumbo Plus AP," with its maximum 60dB amplification, hearing aid compatibility, and large buttons, is necessary not only for the elderly and those with hearing impairments, but also for a wider range of generations.
